You are what you eat

The foods that we eat play an important role in the growth, repair and maintenance of our bodily systems. Processed food and fast food along with confectionary, often contain excess fat, sugar and additives leading to poor nutrient value in the body. This in conjunction with increasing stress levels and environmental pollution can put our bodies under immense pressure, often leading to sub-optimum health. However, the body has a great capacity to heal itself when provided with healing nutrients and the right environment.

Jo is also able to offer combined  nutritional therapy and reflexology treatments.
